Huh?

Can anyone help? What does this mean?

The 35-storey tower and a smaller 7-storey block has been christened
‘Gravity’ to reflect the development of the area as a desirable residential
zone.
Now, I know I was educated under the old system whereby facts had relevance, rather than how they made us feel. But I always thought that gravity had something to do with mass, acceleration, and Newtonian physics, having something to do with planets and fundamental forces and is calculable by a natty formula:

Yup, another "iconic" development is heading our way. Joy.

Maybe they're using a different definition?

Try:

"Something grave; a grave or serious subject, speech, or remark."

Maybe they're trying to tell us that their development has serious issues?

"Of sounds: Lowness of pitch"

Their building is very short? Or too small?

"gravityship, used as a mock title."

Getting warmer I think. Much better name.
