You could do one of two things... Pledge an amount on email to me or Ben or your good daughter and we'll make up the amount with whatever items we choose. Otherwise Mary (ever the accountant - she'll kill me for that!) did work out a list of what costs what which I could post here. But I'll have to retrive it from her first... Sorry! That's not a really helpful answer but I will get on to it now. Thanks Christine.
